Identifying company manufacturers

I have these two items that I would like help identifying. The first item is a corn sled (top photo). I would like to know who built it and what year it was manufactured. The second item is a horsepower unit, which I built a metal frame for. I would like to know more information, such as who built it and what year it was manufactured.
