These photos show harvest time in Kansas, on a farm 8 or 10 miles east and north of Douglass. I have seen threshing machines to combines. The photo at top was taken in about 1933. I am shown at the top of the photo; everyone else in the photo is deceased. The photo at bottom shows changes in harvest equipment; it was taken about 30 years later.
