The National Poultry Museum, Bonner Springs, Kan., celebrates the farm-raised chicken, turkey, duck and goose tradition.

The Hatchery at the National Agricultural Hall of Fame. Displays there and at the poultry museum include bone crushers from the early 1900s, an oats sprouter, a mechanical delouser, a Buckeye coal-burning brooder stove and oak jigs used to assemble wood egg cases.
