Young girls are advised on how to act on a date, and in answer to a question of what should be worn to a football game, are told: "Wear your best-looking spectator sports dress or tweed suit. If it's a special occasion, you may dress up with a hat, gloves, and heels. The rest of the time you'll probably wear ankle socks and saddles shoes."
