40-Acre Estate to be Offered at Gone Farmin’s Inaugural On-site Auction

The spectacular and sprawling 40-acre estate of Charles Schneider, located at 2681 Hadley Road in Lapeer, Mich., will be offered at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 4. This classic country estate offers a gorgeous home with a generous 5,000 square feet of living space and five-car heated garage topped by a spacious 1,780-square-foot second-floor guest suite. The property features five bedrooms, including two master suites, four-and-a-half baths and a 20-foot by 40-foot in-ground swimming pool.

Touted as a collector’s dream, the Charles Schneider Estate (Lot E1) includes a meticulously renovated two-story heated round-roof barn in addition to its five-car heated garage and three heated outbuildings that supply adequate space to store any collection. The auction is open to buyers and spectators with complimentary general admission available on-site. Bidder registration is $25. A bidder badge is required to gain seating access to the auction area. Doors open June 4 at 7 a.m. An auction preview will be held June 3 from 3-6 p.m.
