Cockshutt hitting the dirt again in Kansas

| July 2007

This Canadian-built 1955 Cockshutt 50 is one of 3,974 manufactured. Martin Koci, Auburn, Kan., purchased it new from the Pauline CO-OP south of Topeka, Kan. He farmed with the Cockshutt for more than 30 years and it sat for another 20 years until Martin passed it onto his nephew, Ward Keitel. Ward has brought the Cockshutt back to life with advice from Lynn Vernon of the International Cockshutt Club.
