Could it be a Crossley?

I traded for this garden tractor and need help to identify it. The original color is a shade of turquoise. The only identifications on it are the numbers and letters 125-4130-MIL-S on the throttle bracket. The hubcaps have "Crossley" written across them. Any help would be appreciated.
