My son Cory and I are loading up a 1917 McCormick-Deering hoe seeder purchased used from the original owner in 1950, extending the seed boxes in 1952. Our 1948 John Deere Model A is up front pulling a 1927 Massey-Harris roller bought new by my dad, Roe, and last a 1924 McCormick-Deering double roller, saved from a junk dealer's torch in 1982. This combo covered 80 acres in 2004, averaging 60, presently all custom work.
