Do you recognize this tool?
Metal base measures about 16 inches tall by 10-1/2 inches wide. It is open on the bottom and the legs are slanted. The wheel is about 6 inches in diameter and it turns a rod that has a square hole in the bottom and is about 1-inch wide. “901” is cast into the arm that holds the wheel; the piece at the bottom of the shaft is cast with “905.” The shaft rotates; it does not go up and down.
