Daisy’s Glory Days

| April 2009

Here is a photo of the Daisy rake and stacker from the Monroe City, Mo., 2007 sesquicentennial history book. We were excited to read about one of our city’s historical facts in Farm Collector (“Rake Development Spurred by Mower Technology”) and are glad to provide this to you. In May 1885, the Daisy factory had orders for 600 rakes and 200 stackers from nearly every state in the union.
