Something new in every issue
Love your magazine. I am 70 years young, so I remember a lot of these tractors. When I was a teenager I worked on numerous farms. Reading your article on the Fergusons (“The Little Gray Fergie” by Josephine Roberts), I never saw any mention of the Model 30. I once worked for a farmer who had a Model 30 Ferguson and a DC Case. All of the planting, cultivating, hay mowing and raking was done with the Ferguson.
I have driven CO-OPs, Silver Kings and Cockshutts, and it’s surprising how many people have never heard of them. But I’ve never heard of some of the things in your articles, like the Haas tractors in the November issue (“The Elusive Haas Tractor” by Jerry Schleicher). So every issue I learn something new. Keep up the good work.Elmer Brown Remus, Mich.
