Lloyd Seman, 91, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Nov. 29, 2006, after a short illness.

In 1963, he purchased the Harvey Easty farm on which the Darke County Steam Threshers Inc. held their annual reunion, which he became involved in preparing for the show. By 1969, the show had grown too large for the farm and moved to the Darke County Fairgrounds. He served in various capacities as a director and an officer of the organization until 1995. He and his sons purchased a 1904 Case steam engine in 1969 and an Advance in 1982.

His wife, Lucy, preceded him in death in 2002 and he is survived by his two sons, Dennis of Madison, Wis., and Dwight of Watkinsville, Ga.
