Wayne D. Scott, 93, died Saturday, March 18, 2006, in Wilmington, N.C. Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Dyson of Wilmington and a brother, Lawrence “Bud” Scott. Wayne Scott was one the founders of the Northern Indiana Historical Power Assn. of Valparaiso, Ind.

William H. “Buster” Clem, 80, of Manassas, Va., died Friday, March 31, 2006, at Prince William Hospital, Manassas. Clem was a World War II veteran and was a recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. He was an avid collector of antique steam engines, tractors, gasoline engines and other farm machinery. Clem was a member of Gainesville United Methodist Church, Gainesville. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Dorothy R. Clem; his daughter, Gail (Ken) Hansen of Manassas; one niece and one grandchild.
