New president of Rough and Tumble Engineers Historical
Association at Kinzers, Pennsylvania is Patricia Kreider, who is a
school district librarian.
A gas engine fancier, she notes that the main interest at the R
& T museum is still steam.
The organization now has about 1,500 members in 33 states.
Mrs. Kreider, whose husband, Glenn, is a farm worker, first saw
the museum and grounds at Kinzers with her father, Robert H.
Landis, who was a member of the board of directors. She spends just
about every weekend at Kinzers, and is on hand daily for the annual
reunion.
She succeeded Amos B. Stauffer as president.
