‘Here is a slide that was in a bunch of slides that were in
a bunch of junk I bought at a rummage sale. There were several
slides of Kaiser-Frazer cars, the front of the
Auburn-Cord-Dusenberg factory and a bunch of people I don’t
know,’ writes Ken Glore of 3763 East 24th St., Tucson, AZ
85713. Can anyone identify his photo? All we know is that the sign
reads, ‘Monarch 6 HP engine built in 1861, owner Homer G.
Dickson, & Co., Yorkville, Ill.’
