We'd be happy to refund the purchase price of any item that was purchased from us if returned within 30 days; shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Most refunds can be made within two weeks. For your convenience, we'll even send you an email to alert you that we've received your returned item and that your refund check or charge card credit has been processed!`
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from Farm Collector Shopping.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within two weeks of our receiving your return.
You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

We stand by our products. If you are not fully satisfied at any time with your purchase, simply return the item and we will issue you a full refund. No questions asked. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
