August 2013 Mystery Tool C 

This old farm tool measures 17-1/2 inches long, 8 inches wide and 6-1/2 inches from base to tip of the handle. The curves base is constructed of wood with cork on the outer surface and a leather strap that apparently goes around the forearm, "the only configuration that makes sense."
