Wards Mower Stumps Minnesota Collector

I just read “Tracking the Past” in the January issue of Farm Collector. Dad had an F-12; he also put a block of wood on the clutch pedal and two pulleys on the front of the tractor. He then ran a cable from the clutch around the pulleys and put a lever on the tractor so I could push in the clutch and pull back on the lever.

I have a Wards lawnmower. I never saw one when I was growing up. It has to be late 1950 or early ’60. I’d like to know more about it. Thanks.
