The newly-formed J. I. Case Collectors held their first summer
show July 11 to 14, in Greenville, Ohio. The show was planned as
part of the Darke County Steam Threshers Association show, where
Case equipment was to be featured.
The show drew large numbers of enthusiastic people to see
tractors, plows, a threshing machine, and several Case cars. Seven
steam engines (from 9 to 110 HP), including a steam roller,
performed for the crowds.
Mrs. Helen Case Brigham attended and gave words of encouragement
to Case collectors.
The organization is now well under way, with a newsletter editor
and plans for another show next summer. Watch for announcements of
the dates and place.
