I thought readers would enjoy seeing this picture and note on my
great uncle’s threshing outfit.
The photo was taken July 4th, 1890 of my great uncle Frank
Skinner’s threshing outfit. The engine is an 1887 C & G
#5843. The separator is a Russell slat stacker.
I hope readers can tell me what the last machine is. Also, below
is a copy of the note to pay $50.00 on the engine after November 1,
1890.
