Letters to the Editor

I recently purchased a small antique field cultivator at a sale.
The shanks have a coil in them. I was told that it was a McCormick.
Any information on that would be greatly appreciated. Also, I own a
1-row horse-drawn potato planter. The only marking I have found on
it is a capital A with a circle around it. Any and all information
regarding these implements would help a lot.
