There is a need for walking plows to be sent to Nicaragua to be
pulled by oxen. They can be 8 to 12 inches, in good shape and with
moldboard oiled. They will be used for the Personal Energy
Transportation (PET) project. PET is a hand-cranked, wide-tired,
rugged wheelchair for off-concrete asphalt areas, totally made by
