Can anyone tell me the year and model of this International mowing machine? It has a steel wheel on the back and had a hand lever to raise and lower the sickle bar. The lever has been misplaced, so I put a cylinder on it to raise and lower the bar. All information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
