I am a collector and restorer of antique horse-drawn farm machinery. Presently I am restoring a vintage 1912 corn surface cultivator built by J.D. Tower & Sons Co., Mendota, Illinois (see illustration). The illustration is from the Encyclopedia of American Farm Implements and Antiques by C.H. Wendel.

What I need is the original paint colors of the various parts of the machine. I am hoping Farm Collector readers are able to supply me with this information.
