I saw the photo of the marsh
shoes in the August 2013 issue of Farm Collector. I have two sets of
what they call “swamp” shoes that I bought in 1961 in Portage, Wis.
All I know about them is they used them on the horses’ front hooves in the
swamps of Ohio.
