Do you recognize this tool? It measures about 7-1/2 inches long, with a wooden handle. The steel shaft appears to have been bent by the manufacturer. The steel shaft freely spins/rotates within the wood handle, and the white plastic knob on the handle end rotates with the steel shaft. On the tip of the steel shaft there is a small nipple.
