May 2014 Mystery Tool A
The main body measures 6-1/2 inches by 1-3/4 inches wide by 1/2 inch; the handle is 3-1/4 inches wide. The body and handle are one piece and built heavy. In the center is an adjustable arm with a tension spring. On the end of the arm is a small, serrated, replaceable blade. Attached to the end opposite of the handle is an adjustable part that adjusts from 1/4-inch to 1 inch; it is hollowed out to accommodate tubing or a dowel. This end of the tool swivels; whatever is placed in the clamps can be made to contact the serrated blade. No markings.
