TWO-STROKE ENGINE

I would like to have this two-stroke engine identified. It stands about 13 inches high, has dual spark plugs, a compression release and an extra coil under cover with one lead wire. I am missing the carburetor assembly. There is a vee pulley between the crank case and the coil assembly. What was the application? Any help would be appreciated.
