Do you recognize this Mystery Farm Tool?
Piece measures 10-1/2 inches tall by 4-1/2 inches wide. Inside the drum are 12 blades (fine, like a hacksaw blade). Bottom opening measures 3 inches by 2 inches. Top opening measures 3-3/4 inches by 4-1/2 inches. Drum drives small bull gear to the gear in the handle. Marked “Hercules.” Nice pinstriping around top.
