Am enclosing some pictures to prove that the old wreck that you
pictured on page 20 of the July-August 1952 issue of the IRON-MEN
ALBUM is among the living again. My son Reed put it through our
shop last winter and it is as near new as any piece of machinery 47
years old can be.
Boiler stood full cold water test and engine is in top condition
every part is in best of shape. In other words it would work at any
kind of work for years yet.
Have had requests to take it to the fairs here taut probably
won’t be able to as my son is in the Army now and I won’t
have the time to spare.
