I have only thanks to say to all of you. While I was in the
hospital and at home recuperating many sent me cards with notes in
them that meant so much to me. Elmer said that ever-so-many of you
inquired about me and sent their good wishes at the National
Threshers Reunion. You will never know what this means to one
unless you have a hospital experience. So again we say THANKS and

The Ladies of the TNT at Montpelier placed a nice flower pot in
a basket Elmer bought there for me. He did not know he had it until
he got home and was presenting me with gifts he had brought home
for me. When he came to this one he was as much surprised as I was.
That was so nice and very thoughtful of you folks.
