Our reproduction of the 1895 Jacob Price Field
Locomotive catalog continues, picking up from last issue’s
installment, which focused on Jacob Price engines and plowing
attachments. This issue we present page 14, a detailed listing of
sizes, weights, capacities and prices for Jacob Price engines. They
were hardly cheap: An 80 HP listed for $4,000 – almost $90,000 in
Special thanks to John Davidson, 8250 200th Ave.,
