We just learned of the passing of Mr. E. C. McMillan of
Housington, Kansas last May, 1962. He had just passed his 65th
Anniversary which he had a great ambition to do. His ailing had
been of long duration. ‘Big Mack’ as we called him was a
most agreeable man to be around. He was a R. R. engineer and an
authority on the Case engine and a most efficient operator of both.
He was the first man in the ‘Reunion Era’ to take an engine
up the incline–he was an enthusiast of our Reunions. We shall miss
him very much. His aged mother survives him.
