Sec. 3520 W. 12th St., Indianapolis, Ind.
The Pioneer Engineers Club held a social meeting Sunday
afternoon, November 14, 1954. The members and their friends were
invited to this social event at Moorman’s Saw Mill, St.
Maurice, Indiana. The purpose was to become better known to each
other, to exchange ideas and perhaps do some ‘swapping’,
Mr. Moorman and Mr. Krekler had their engines fired up. Many of
the visitors had the chance of again handling the engines and
taking a ride on them. A nice lunch stand was one of the highlights
and was well patronized by all. We departed for our homes after an
enjoyable afternoon spent with the ‘Old Traction
Engine.’
All who attended are now looking forward to another day. When
will it be Mr. Porter?
