In a 1913 Russell & Company catalog (No. 71), we found this
illustration of a Russell engine with locomotive engineer’s
cab. ‘It is built in the most substantial manner of thoroughly
seasoned lumber, the frame mortised and tenoned and bolted
together. The sides and front are of matched lumber and the
openings in front and side fitted with sash and windows and all
Morris Blomgren of 10139 Blomgren Road, Siren, WI 54872 a
frequent contributor of fine photographs, has sent the one
above.
This nice threshing scene shows an 8 HP Huber and Rumely
