POST CARD

1905 18 HP American Abell. Getting belted up to planer mill
before the crowds gather. Operated by Murray Lay and Eldon
Cage.

OLD AND NEW: This is a strange sight a 1922 Sawyer Massey steam
traction engine pulling a 1997 Morris air seeder with a 2 7-foot
cultivator. But what seems to be two eras colliding is actually the
folks at the Reynolds-Alberta Museum in Wetaskiwin, Alberta,
Canada, seeding fall rye during the Harvest Festival in the fall of
1997.
