No. 999 is a 1904 Cagney 15'' gauge locomotive. It used to pull the amusement park train on Coney Island. R. G. Maddox acquired it at a dispersal sale of the Cagney estate some years ago and has restored it and operates it at Purgitsville, West Virginia.
