The steam traction engines shown here look as if they might have
been photographed many years ago, but in fact they are portrayed in
a movie that is now about two years old.
‘Days of Heaven’ is the film,, made by Paramount
Pictures. Its setting is the Texas Panhandle just before World War
I, but it was filmed in Canada–in and around Lethbridge, Alberta.
