CLYDE H. CLAUER passed away June 15, 1967. Mr. Clauer was from
Glen Haven, Wisconsin. He was a steam enthusiast. Burial is in the
Bee-town Cemetery. This was sent to us by Mrs. Clauer.
GROVER C. CALDWELL, 76, a retired farmer, passed away recently
at Holy Cross hospital.
He was born Jan. 1, 1891 in Franklin, son of of John Andrew and
Surviving are his widow; two sons, L. N. Caldwell and Grover M.
Caldwell, both of Franklin; two daughters, Mrs. Luella Edwards of
Waverly and Mrs. Bette Carlson of Pensacola, Florida; 11
grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also, a sister-in-law,
Mrs. Delia Brown, lives in Franklin.
Mr. Caldwell was a member of the Franklin Methodist church,
Wadley Lodge 616, A. F. and A.M., the Franklin Cemetery Board,
Morgan County Farm Bureau, National Threshers Assn., and the
Midwest Old Settlers and Threshers Association. Also a member of
the board in Rogers Cemetery.
